Capabilities

Built for audited supply chains.

Bonded warehouse

Government-licensed bond on premises: duty-free imported inputs, export-only output, full customs traceability.

100% export-oriented

Every order ships against export documentation. The paperwork discipline your compliance team expects is our default.

28 machine types

Conning, corrugation, flexo and more, from China, Taiwan, India, Japan, and Italy. 175 thread conning machines alone.

In-house development

Counter samples, dyed-to-match thread, and custom constructions turned around from the factory floor, not a catalog.

Inside the factory

The floor itself, photographed.

Not renders and not stock. This is the Ashulia plant as it runs, and it is the same floor an audit team walks.

Behind the labels

Everything here except the garment is ours.

The drawstring, the thread matched to it, the tape, the board in the collar, the bag it ships in and the carton it ships in. Those components leave Ashulia, go into garments at Bangladesh's largest factory groups, and travel onward inside orders for 54 global brands.

About

In the trade since 1996. Incorporated 2014.

Eighteen years inside Bangladesh's garment-accessories trade came before the first machine. The factory was built on one conviction: trims are small, and nothing about them is minor.

How it works

One pipeline, your terms.

From first sample to final settlement, told the way your own sourcing and finance teams already track it: nothing here is a step you need to translate.

01

Inquiry & sample match

Send an inquiry with your original sample or swatch. We counter-sample to match it, spec, hand-feel, and colour, before anything goes to production.

02

Price, terms & PO

Once price and terms are settled, we issue a proforma invoice, the document your finance team needs to open a back-to-back letter of credit against your own master LC.

03

Production under your BOM

Every unit is built against your bill of materials and your delivery window. A trims delay is a production delay, so we build to your schedule, not just our queue.

04

QC before you ever see it

Internal inspection covers colourfastness, tensile and pull strength, and chemical safety: the same categories your own inline and final inspection will check, before goods leave our floor.

05

Shipped, documented, delivered

Loaded, delivered, and paired with every document your LC requires: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin. Presented complete, so your bank and ours can clear it without a chase.

06

On your terms, on time

Factory acceptance, bank maturity, payment on schedule: the same documentary discipline your brand's compliance programme expects from every link in the chain, including us.

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

  • What is your minimum order quantity, and does it change per line?

Minimum quantities vary by line: a carton run and a thread order are not comparable. Rather than publish a number that turns away a first enquiry, we quote against your actual requirement. Send the specification and volumes and the quotation comes back with the minimum stated per item.

  • How fast can we have a counter sample in hand?

One to two working days for most items, counted from the moment we have your specification or physical reference. Complex constructions and dyed-to-match shades take longer, and we give you the date when we accept the sampling request rather than after it slips.

  • What is your standard lead time from approved sample to delivery?

Around three days for a standard order once the sample is approved. Larger programmes and new constructions are scheduled individually, with the confirmed date on the order acknowledgement. Holding raw material in our bonded warehouse for repeat lines is what keeps that figure short.

  • Can you match a colour to our Pantone or to a physical swatch?

Yes, to either. We match against a Pantone reference or a physical swatch you send us, and the shade is verified in our lab against your standard before bulk production starts.

  • Which of your materials carry GRS, OEKO-TEX, or FSC certification?

Coverage applies per material and per construction rather than blanket across the catalogue. Tell us which programme you are buying for and we confirm in writing which certification covers that exact item, with the certificate, before you sample.

  • What does your bonded status mean for our duty and documentation?

We run a government-licensed bonded facility as a 100% export-oriented manufacturer. Raw material enters under bond and finished goods leave against export documentation, with customs traceability maintained across the chain. For your factory that means trims arrive with the paperwork your bond and audit teams already expect, without the duty complications of a domestic purchase.

  • Can you supply directly if our brand nominates us to you?

Yes, and we welcome it. Our trims already travel inside programmes for many of the brands our factory customers export to. Supplying you directly on a nominated basis changes the commercial route, not the product or the standard, and our certification stack is built for exactly that audit.

  • What happens when a shipment fails your incoming QC?

Our in-house QC team inspects to industry standard before anything leaves the floor, so this is rare. If a shipment does fail your inspection, we take responsibility: we investigate on our side, replace the affected goods, and give you the corrective action in writing so your compliance team can close it out.

  • Do you hold safety stock for repeat programmes?

Yes. The bonded warehouse on our premises holds both raw material and finished goods for regular and repeat programmes. That is how we protect delivery dates on standing orders and absorb a pull-forward when your production schedule moves.

  • Do you manufacture everything yourselves?

Yes. Cartons, poly bags, sewing thread, drawstrings, tapes, elastics, gum tape, boards, collar inserts and tissue are all produced on our own floor in Ashulia, across 28 machine types including 175 thread conning machines and 52 drawstring machines. Nothing in our range is bought in and relabelled.

  • Can you take over a trim card currently split across several suppliers?

Yes, and it is a common reason buyers consolidate with us. Send the current samples whatever their origin, we counter-sample each item for your approval, and the whole card moves onto one order, one QC standard and one delivery schedule.

  • How do we schedule a factory audit, and what can we see on the day?

Email or WhatsApp us and we schedule it directly with the Managing Director. On the day you can inspect physical product across every line, walk the production floor, follow an order from production through to despatch, meet the team, and sit down with the Managing Director in our office inside the factory. Visitors are welcome with reasonable notice.
