We collect almost nothing.

2. This site sets no cookies

This site stores nothing in your browser: no cookies, no local storage, no session storage, and no advertising or cross-site tracking identifiers. There is no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

3. What the inquiry form does

Pressing Send posts your name, company, email address and message to our own server, which relays it directly to our company mailbox as an email. There is no database behind the form. The resulting email is the only copy, and no third-party form service handles it at any point.

If that delivery is unavailable, the form instead opens your own email application with the message filled in, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you send it yourself. Either route reaches the same mailbox.

4. What we keep, and for how long

We keep correspondence as ordinary business records, so we can answer you and handle any order that follows. Our mail is hosted separately from this website.

Inquiries that do not lead to business are not kept beyond 24 months. Correspondence attached to an actual order is kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires and for as long as tax and customs record-keeping obliges us to hold it, since export shipments must stay documented.

5. Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel automatically logs standard technical request information, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operational reasons.

6. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-view counts. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or follow you across other sites. We use it to see which pages buyers actually read.

7. Buyer logos load from a third party

Some brand marks in the buyer showcase on our home page are served directly by Brandfetch (cdn.brandfetch.io) rather than hosted by us. Loading one of those marks means your browser contacts Brandfetch directly, which necessarily discloses your IP address to them. This happens on the home page only. Brandfetch's own privacy policy governs that connection, not ours.

8. Fonts are served from our own domain

We do not load fonts from Google or any other third party, so no font request on this site discloses anything about you.

9. Links off this site

WhatsApp, WeChat, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap are reached from this site by link. Once you follow one, that service's own privacy terms apply, not ours.

10. Your choices

Write to masud@totaltex-bd.com to ask what correspondence we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.

11. Changes

This page carries a last-updated date below. Material changes to what we collect or how we handle it will update that date.
