Sustainability

Built to be audited.

This isn't a claim that we love the planet. It's what a compliance officer actually needs before scheduling a factory audit: which certifications are current, what our bonded structure already traces end to end, and what we're actively documenting for everything it doesn't yet cover.

Certified materials

Five certifications sit directly on the material and chemical side of our range: recycled content, chemical safety, and responsible forestry, each verified by an accredited third party.

  • GRSActive

Global Recycled Standard — recycled content, verified chain of custody

  • OEKO-TEX Standard 100Active

    Tested for harmful substances

    2203079 · Centexbel

  • FSCActive

    Chain of custody, responsible forestry

    C108592

  • RCS 100Active

Recycled Claim Standard — 100% recycled input

  • RCS BlendedActive

Recycled Claim Standard — blended recycled input

Quality and safety systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, TÜV SÜD, UL, ECC, and BGAPMEA membership, sit alongside these on the Compliance page.

The bonded, export-only model

TotalTex operates as a 100% export-oriented, government-bonded manufacturer. Every input brought in under bond and every unit exported is recorded against a bonded warehouse account, the structure exists for customs, not for sustainability reporting.

But the paper trail it produces is the same one an environmental or social auditor asks for: what came in, in what quantity, and where it left. That traceability already exists on every order, current and historical, and is available to a buyer's audit team on request.

What we're documenting

Four areas a sustainability audit typically covers, where we are not yet publishing a number. Rather than estimate one, here is exactly where each stands.

Materials & circularity

Compiling

Recycled content is already certified line by line through GRS and RCS. What we're compiling now is range-wide reporting: recycled input share across all ten product lines, and scrap and offcut recovery on the cutting and winding floor.

Energy & water

Compiling

No published figures yet, and we won't post estimates. Metering and a production-floor baseline for energy and water use are being put together before anything goes on this page.

People & safety

Compiling

ISO 45001 covers our occupational health and safety management system today. We're assembling the record behind it, training logs, incident data, grievance handling, into a form an audit team can review directly rather than take on faith.

Third-party assessments

On request

Higg FEM/FSLM, SMETA, BSCI and SLCP are the assessments buyers ask about most. We arrange them to a buyer's requirement and share current status and any completed reports directly with your audit team, rather than post a score on a public page.

Request the documentation pack

Certificate numbers and validity dates, bonded warehouse and customs records, and the current state of everything above, sent directly to your audit team.
